Data deletion instructions

You can ask us to delete the data the Service holds about you or your business at any time.

Businesses

1. Disconnect your WhatsApp number from the WhatsApp page inside your CRM, or uninstall the app from your CRM.
2. Email [contact email] from your registered email with the subject "Data deletion request" and your business name.
3. We delete your stored tokens, phone number details, message records and templates within 30 days and confirm by email.

Customers of a business

Email [contact email] with the subject "Data deletion request" and the phone number you were messaged on. We delete the related message records within 30 days. You can also contact the business directly.

Facebook / Meta login data

To remove the app's access to your Facebook or WhatsApp Business account, go to Facebook Settings → Business Integrations, remove the app, and send us the email above.
